UK Weather Warnings - BE PREPARED!

The MET Office has issued a yellow weather warning for the East Midlands.

Over the next few days there is likely to be outbreaks of heavy rain, sleet and snow and feeling bitterly cold with ice and frost. Please be careful.

North West Leicestershire District Council have sandbags available for collection ahead of the storm.

Collection: Linden Way depot off Ashby Road in Coalville (postcode LE67 3JY) - between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and weekends). (Please note that staff will not be able to load sandbags into vehicles when collected due to Covid-19 restrictions.)
