Temporary Traffic Regulation Order A453 Ashby Road, Castle Donington

Leicestershire County Council Highways has agreed to a Temporary Traffic Regulation Order at the above location.

The Temporary Traffic Regulation Order will be implemented for public safety for National Highways to facilitate streetlighting works and highway maintenance.

A road closure is required on A453 Ashby Road between Pegasus and Finger Farm Roundabouts on the 4th November 2024 for six nights.

Closures will be in place each night from 20:00 to 06:00, Mondays to Friday, no road closures Saturday and Sunday nights.

The proposed alternative diversion route will be via: A453, M1 J24 Roundabout, A50, Kegworth; A50, A50/B5010/B6540 Roundabout, Lockington-Hemington; From Donington Lane To Roundabout At Junction Of A50, Station Road, Broad Rushes, Back Lane, Castle Donington Relief Road, From A453 Walton Hill To Hill Top, Castle Donington; and vice versa.
